    Good listening skills
    Approachable/adaptable
    A positive and professional attitude
    Excellent interpersonal skills
    Good organisational skills
    Discretion/confidentiality
A commitment to equality and diversity
An understanding of the issues facing young people
Experience of working with children and/or young people (not essential)

For those who are interested, there may also be an opportunity to
become involved in a community team to address how the future of the
    Youth Zone might be sustained.

You don't need any specific qualifications and all relevant training
and support will be given. You will also have the opportunity to
