Forums

Forums are where you take over your Students’ Union, they happen four times a year. All important decisions about union policy, funding and all events and campaigns are made here; and you are able to have your say! This is also your chance to hold the President and Vice- Presidents to account, so if you want them to do something this is your chance to tell them.

There are three Forums which look at three different aspects of student life:

Hope in the Union
Hope in the University
Hope in the Community

Where will the Forums take place?

All forums will take place in the Eden Building Pod, on the ground floor from 6pm to 8pm, there will be refreshments provided and children are welcome to attend the meetings.

When are the next Forums?

The Forums for this Academic Year have finished but they will continue next term, the dates for these will be made available in October 2012.

Submit a Motion or Apply for Funding!

If you would like to submit a motion or a funding application for your society, team or project, please submit it to the Students’ Union President, pres@hope.ac.uk via email by the appropriate deadline.

Want support?

If you would like support in writing your motion or funding application there will be a Policy Surgery with the Union Secretary.

Refreshments will be provided and children are welcome to attend.
