    Counselling …….. What it’s all about?

    How are you? What’s university life like for you? How are you coping?
    Maybe you’ve clicked on this link because things aren’t so good?
    Are you here because you feel you have a problem with one of the
    following:- homesickness, relationship problems, self injury,
    sexuality, eating distress, bullying, drugs or alcohol, exam or
    general academic worries, stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement,
    self-image, lack of motivation (by the way this isn’t a comprehensive
    list and your difficulties may not be included here).
